Minh Anh Transport provides an expert shuttle service for companies whose foreign experts, expatriate managers and senior staff travel regularly between Hanoi, Noi Bai airport, hotels or serviced apartments, and factories in the industrial zones of northern Vietnam. These passengers work to tight schedules. They need a car that arrives on time, is clean, and is driven by someone courteous.

Vehicles for expert and executive transport

Monthly contract or per-trip hire
- Monthly contract: a car and driver follow a fixed schedule, for example an apartment pick-up each morning and a return after work. This is the usual choice for experts on long assignments.
- Per-trip hire: for airport transfers, business trips to other provinces, and visiting audit or inspection teams.
Many customers combine the two: one car on a monthly contract, with extra vehicles booked when a delegation arrives.
How booking and contracting work
- Enquiry: you tell us the number of passengers, pick-up and drop-off points, times and hire period.
- Route and vehicle proposal: we suggest the route, departure times and a suitable vehicle.
- Quotation: based on vehicle class, distance, hours of use and type of hire.
- Contract: we agree the schedule, contact persons on both sides and payment terms.
- Operation: the car runs to the agreed schedule, and changes are handled through the named contacts.
Safety, punctuality and conduct
Minh Anh Transport is a limited company with a business registration certificate and a licence for road transport business by car, which covers contract passenger transport. Safety comes first in everything we do. Our drivers are trained and hold the qualifications and licences the job requires, and our vehicles are serviced and safety-checked regularly. For expert passengers we concentrate on three things: being at the pick-up point on time, a clean car, and polite conduct from the driver.
